The 2011 JA Golf Classic at Daniel Island Club Friday April 1 was a tremendous success!

What a wonderful way to kick off April - National Financial Literacy month!
Over $30,000 in net revenue from this event will ensure more than 1500 students in Coastal SC schools will receive JA’s Financial Literacy Programs. $5000 of this income was derived from an exciting live auction that featured a pair of badges to the Masters this Sunday, Pinehurst Golf, Kiawah Golf and Lodging, A round at the Congressional in DC, and much much more! Thank you JA Board Member Steve Wagenlander for sharing your auctioning skills for JA!
We had wonderful support from JA Board members and Volunteers to stage the event - Lauren Heuber, our Director of Development did a FANTASTIC JOB of organizing the event and ensuring JA’s mission was conveyed throughout the event – especially at the Awards and Cocktails reception.
